Some helpfull Stuff

I have spared everyone my mood swings and emotions this week.
Been a rough on, but I am at the tail end of it.

I did however find a DBT group. This is my next step into my recovery.

In this post I am going to include some helpful links that I utilize.
Some online groups that I participate in, I am roncorbin in them.

Also included are some links that helped me find my path to recovery.
I recommend educating yourself as much as possible on this disorder.
Understanding will help you and your loved ones understand you better.

Here is some info on DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy).

This is a forum that caters to those with BPD. Consider it a support group, with testimonials and support from others dealing with it.
