After flock loaded I was delivered an article with this title.
"Mentally Ill Offenders Strain Juvenile System"
After reading two pages of compelling stats and investigation results... I am shocked.
There needs to be serious reform in this country involving anyone that is "ill".
Mentally, Physically, socially, whatever!
There will be portions of generations that are essentially "lost souls" wondering throughout the system. Never to return to society, and if they do... They make a full circle back to an institution.
To think that putting someone mentally ill in JAIL is going to be conducive to their mental condition? HELL NO... Lets say these souls do not commit suicide... then what? After barrages of medications and diagnosis after diagnosis, statistics say the individual is getting worse.
WORSE?!?!?! How can that be in the land of the free.
Personally, to me... This sounds like human rights violations to me.
